Shelby White

Shelby assists clients with a wide range of corporate matters from formation to funding and everything in between.  Her favorite part of working with startups is learning about the innovative technologies our clients create and helping entrepreneurs see their dreams unfold.

Shelby grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, and carried on her sibling’s Big Ten tradition by attending Indiana University. While at Indiana University, she discovered an interest in the law and pursued her dreams of becoming a lawyer. When applying for law school, Shelby decided to leave the cold, snowy winters behind and move to San Diego.

Shelby has a law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in business and corporate law. While in law school, Shelby was a member of the prestigious San Diego Law Review. Shelby is recognized with the CALI Award for Excellence in Deals.
