Riley Jacobs

Riley enjoys assisting clients with their unique corporate legal needs during all stages of company growth. She especially likes working with entrepreneurs to embark on the most exciting stage of their careers; forming and growing their startups.

Riley is a Southern California native who left the sun of Los Angeles for the even sunnier Las Vegas to play volleyball and study Hospitality and Business Management at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After working in the tourism industry, and traveling a bit herself, she made her way down to San Diego to pursue a law degree.

Riley received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating with magna cum laude and Order of the Coif honors. In her final year of law school, Riley also served as the Chief Comments Editor of the San Diego Journal of Climate and Energy Law. Riley is recognized with the CALI Award for Excellence in Health Law and Policy.
