Jamie Norrdin

Jamie advises clients regarding various business and corporate matters, including entity formation, angel and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.  Jamie also regularly guides clients through a wide range of strategic and commercial transactions, including joint ventures, technology licensing and acquisitions, clinical research and life science transactions, as well as manufacturing, supply and distribution relationships.

Jamie’s favorite part of her practice is working with entrepreneurs who are impacting the world with game-changing innovations.

Jamie attended the University of San Diego School of Law where she focused on business and corporate law.  While in law school, Jamie interned at the University of San Diego School of Law Entrepreneurship Clinic and served as Vice President and Secretary of the Business Law Society.  Jamie also is recognized with the CALI Award for Excellence in Business Planning.
