“At-Will Employee” is an Employee who can be terminated or leave his or her employment at any time, with or without Cause or prior notice, and for any reason (or no reason). The termination of an At-Will Employee obviously must be lawful and therefore cannot violate a related state or federal law (e.g., racial or gender discrimination, whistleblowing, etc.).
