“Angel Fund” is an investment fund created by a group of Angel Investors. An Angel Fund can be either (i) informally structured and managed by one of the Angel Investors in the Angel Group who coordinates individual investment decisions, or (ii) a fund formally managed by someone who analyzes possible investment opportunities.
